River Street Apartments, at 731 N. River Street in Hailey, is a community for moderate income adults aged 55 and older coming to the Wood River Valley in the Spring of 2012. 

This 24 unit community for independent seniors includes a community area with kitchenette, library and computer room, exercise center, game room, community garden, outside areas and walking path.  The community has 1 and 2 bedroom units, all with air conditioning, private patio, washer/dryer hookups, internet/cable and storage.  River Street is close to downtown Hailey, grocery and household shopping, coffee shops and restaurants, movie theater and other retail outlets.

River Street is accepting Pre-Applications for residents.  Qualified pre-applicants will be able to reserve an apartment on a first come-first serve basis.
